This is a great apartment and property. The property managers Veronica and Shalini are professional, they care about the residents and most of all, are friendly ! Communication with them is so easy. And wait until you see Mario, he takes care of the maintenance, he as so much skills and he’s such a great person, he works so much that sometimes I suspect him to have a twin brother. When I had issues, it was solved in the day or the next.

I’ve lived here for eleven years. The place isn’t perfect but it’s been a pleasant place to live. The negative reviews are not representative of my experience. I think that they are based on real, but isolated situations that occur nearly everywhere in this city. On the negative side, it’s true that the rent goes up regularly, and that the management has become less personal and much more corporate-based over the years. There’s more of a “bottom-line” feeling and less an impression that the company cares about the individual resident. But that’s coming from the top. Most of the individual staff members, both office and maintenance are very nice.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 8 years now, and what a complete turnaround from when it was Woodchase. Things have changed for the better in every aspect. It is beautifully landscaped and the grounds are kept clean. I have gotten numerous, long awaited upgrades to my apartment and feel like I am finally getting what I pay for. Mario, the maintenance man is awesome and very hard working. The best change has got to be the management. Veronica treats you like you are family, and that is unheard of in an apartment complex.
